There are 4 different types of foam insulation

used to reach specific results;

Aminoplast:

1 Commercial; for core filling foundation blocks to provide insulation within the exterior perimeter of the foundation.

2 Residential; used to core fill existing walls that are dry wall, plaster board, plaster and lathe, painted block.

Polyurethane:

3 Open cell foam (1/2 pound per cubic foot) has several applications including exposed wall cavities, ceiling, attic, roof cavities.

4 Closed cell foam (2 pound per cubic foot) has several applications as well;

among these applications in crawlspaces on the rim joist or band located below the first or main floor.

ISOM, Inc does not partake in the application of

fiberglass, loose fill, or cellulose insulation.

These products have limitations affecting there usefulness to insulate in the long term.
